Upscale Penthouse

This is an upscale penthouse apartment in the Willshire Corridor area of West LA.

The customer wanted maximum of open space. It was a real engineering challenge, but I was able to safely support the ceilings with just two poles, which allowed for the open space desired.

All the infrastructure lines (water, fire sprinkles AC, electrical, etc.) and two balconies were replaced without disturbing other building occupants.
